Electric Embers staff are generally available for client support
between 8am and 6pm US Pacific Time (11am-9pm ET), Monday through Friday,
except on the following US holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King's
Birthday, Presidents Day, May
Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and
the day after, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve (or the
nearest Friday or Monday if these holidays fall on a weekend). We are
available at all times to handle system emergencies.
